I would like to lose about 4 pounds a week. Its also kinda hard for me to work out i work 9-6 everyday and come home and have to take care of my 2 year old. In total I would like to loose 40 pounds by the end of the summer. Is that a realistic goal? Thanks!

I am currently 5′ 3" and 105 pounds. I really want to lose weight like up to 100 maybe? Does anyone know how to lose weight on the thighs? I’ve been running and doing weights but doesnt seem to work as well. Do I not eat pass six? I want to be able to grow too.

I just found out I am allergic to a lot of foods like wheat, soy, milk, egg whites, corn, shellfish/codfish,peanuts, and walnuts. Some of the foods aren’t as severe so I can eat it in moderation, but others are so severe I have to totally avoid it. And what would you consider a moderate amt.? Just enough that it wouldn’t affect me? Thanks for the help!!
