		<description>I would check your weight in the mornings for the most accurate results.  Let&#039;s say you work out at some point in the day, before you check for results you would need to have slept sometime in between.  From experience I&#039;ve always had accurate results.  It should show around a .5 change.  Don&#039;t forget muscle adds weight.

However, even if it is, i reccommend you only check your weight every 4 weeks.
This will keep you motivated since you will be losing weight during long periods, and if you check everyday you will not see instant results, thus lowering your morale.
