Trying to find the best weight loss pills that are the most effective with the least side effects.

I am a dancer but since I stopped dancing for a year or so, I gained about 20lbs. I have started dancing again but this weight is soooo hard to lose. I am on a good balanced diet but I need a supplement which will enhance my weight-loss. I am not very interested in pills or anything. I mean something very natural like green-tea, lemonade diet, any suggestions?

For a weight loss competition with 3-person teams, what’s the best way to calculate the winning percent weight loss? Should you compute the individual percent loss for each member and compute the average, or divide the total pounds lost by the total starting weight of the team?
