I want to lose weight, but I cant waste any money on pills, berries, tea, etc. What are some good diet plans(calorie wise) and exercises to help me lose the weight? I need help soon! Its summer I have to loose some weight.

I hear/read about people who trash diets because they gain their weight back, but isn’t that logical? If a diet tells you to eat 2000 cal/day you WILL lose weight, if you go back on 5000 cal/day you will gain weight. Which part of that do people not understand?

I am 25 years old and I weigh 190lbs. I just recently started doing the Tae-bo aerobics on youtube. My goal is 167lbs. Do you think I am overweight? I am doing the aerobics 5 times a week and trying to eat healthy without too much carbs. What else can I do to lose weight? Any suggestions on what I should add to my diet that would help with weight loss?

Does anyone know any diets that actually work?

I have had 2 kids, my latest only 1 year ago. With my first it was fairly easy to loose the extra weight, but with the 2nd I can’t seem to get those extra nasty pounds gone. I know I know "work out" considering I am a stay at home mom with 2 kids under 5 and a home to take care of, I go no stop I don’t have time to actually work out, so I feel as though all the work I do in one day counts as a workout. But I would really like to know a diet that is easy to stick to and shows results, I am even open to any diet medicine as long as it is safe and works. Thanks.

I had food poisoning recently; I was throwing up and had diarrahea for about 8 hours. The following day all I was able to eat were bananas, toast and apples. The day after that I ate a little more, not much and the following day I ate semi-normal. I have now been eating normally for 2-3 days. I work out regularly with a trainer and my diet is pretty healthy. My question is, how much weight loss is normal due to food poisoning? I noticed I lost about 3 lbs in a matter of days and it has not gone back on yet. I do not think I am dehyrdated, at least my pee looks normal (pale yellow). I do not drink water regularly, and unfortunatley I drink a lot of coffee. Is the weight loss normal due to the food poisoning or should I be concerned? I don’t really have any other symptoms, my mouth and skin are kinda dry, but it is winter and it has been pretty dry outside. Any thoughts??
