I recently got out of the U.S. Army and joined a gym so I could stay in shape. I’m comfortable with some part of my body but still kind of self conscious about other parts. I hear a lot of people say that you can’t decide where to lose weight. Is it possible to target certain areas for weight loss during a workout?
I have a huge upper body! I have been on a weight loss journey this past year and have (healthily) lost 20kgs and fitter than i have ever been yet my upper body mainly my arms are still huge and flabby. I do pump classes and run as well as yoga each three times a week.every other part of my body is rather toned-except the arms!! what could i be doing wrong and what can i do differently? what excices focus on the upper body?
I’m watching a show about people who are undergoing weight loss surgeries, and I want to know what happens to fat that’s cut off of their bodies? It’s possible it could be incinerated after the surgery, but if it is, what do they do with the ashes?? I really would like to know the answer to this.

I read an article that I can no longer find about this diet. You start off at the beginning of each week eating almost no carbs. By the middle of the week you add some fruits and whole grains. On day 7 you can eat whatever you want, but go back to low carb on day one again. What is this diet called?
