I’m 5ft6 and I currently weigh 61 KG
I go to the gym about 4-5 times a week and at the gym I run/cycle 3 miles every time I go and do muscle workouts
I’m a vegetarian and I don’t really each much, I consume about 700 calories a day
How many days will it take me to notice weight loss from my body
e.g. Tummy and chin

For my pd essay on rave culture…approximately how long/how many pills would it take a new user to start rapidly losing weight? Is it due to moving and loss of appetite, or the change in chemicals? And how much weight is usually lost?

I’m around 240 lbs and 5′11. I starting weight training about 2 months ago and just realized that I was neglecting cardio. I’m definitely seeing some differences from the weight training, but my extra fat is hiding the real changes. I know that it isn’t an instant drop and I know that diet has everything to do with weight loss, but I do a run/walk for about 30 minutes and feel like it is doing nothing. Any help is appreciated.

Ok, I eat properly, I walk over 2 kms a day (not sure what that is in miles), I work out on a daily basis (lifting weights as well as push ups and crunches). About how long till I start noticing any weight loss? Thanks for the answers, and if you have any advice it would be appreciated.

When you start smoking how long till you see results of weight loss?

I need to stay on a low carb diet since I have candida, but I always end up getting horrible cravings and I feel very anxious on a diet that consists mostly of meats and low carb vegetables. So far, I’ve only been able to stay on the diet for ten days. Do the cravings ever completely subside? How can I feel satisfied on such a restricted diet and not feel so edgy all of the time?

I just started the weight watcher’s point system and flex points, and I was wondering when I might see weight loss.

I have been diagnosed with insulin resistance and have been prescribed 2500 mg metformin daily.
Many ppl with PCOS, metabolic syndrome, or insulin resistance lose weight bc their insulin isnt working properly without the aid of metformin or the like. I have been on it for over a week and have not lost any weight.
I was wondering if anyone has experienced weight loss after a couple weeks, rather than immediately.
