for the last 2 months i did all kinds of fad diets and lost 30 pounds, and i exercise for an hour every day on a exercise bike. but now if i eat more than 800 calories i gain Weight.
if i do the south beach diet will it fix my metabolism? and will i be able to lose weight with it?
I’ve seen two conflicting stories about extreme calorie restriction. One says that it causes rapid weight loss, the other that it slows the metabolism and causes an inability or decrease in speed of losing weight. Which is true? Any personal experiences?
I just found out that im a meso-endo body type, and i barely know what that is but i supposedly can burn fat quickly and i have a muscular build. But because my metabolism is a lil too slow, my body doesn’t burn fat well enough. i need to exercise.
