or its sister question, “Can I lose XX amount of pounds by this date?” In this video, I respond to the other most popular question by new people starting the Atkins Diet. I am always concerned when I see these types of questions in that the poster perhaps is looking for a quick answer to their weightloss problem. In my opinion that quick answers are often wrong or temporary answers at best. Sure, it’s natural to have goals and use them to motivate you. It’s also natural to be curious to see how much you will lose on Induction (typically 5-10% of your total weightloss goal). Where it goes astray is that it focuses on the weight loss as being the most important part, and does not acknowledge the equally important question of what do I have to learn during Induction. In the end, I hope everyone achieves their goal as quickly as they desire it if possible, but if not, I hope they realize how far they have come from where they were and are motivated by that rather than be negative about missing the date.

I had food poisoning recently; I was throwing up and had diarrahea for about 8 hours. The following day all I was able to eat were bananas, toast and apples. The day after that I ate a little more, not much and the following day I ate semi-normal. I have now been eating normally for 2-3 days. I work out regularly with a trainer and my diet is pretty healthy. My question is, how much weight loss is normal due to food poisoning? I noticed I lost about 3 lbs in a matter of days and it has not gone back on yet. I do not think I am dehyrdated, at least my pee looks normal (pale yellow). I do not drink water regularly, and unfortunatley I drink a lot of coffee. Is the weight loss normal due to the food poisoning or should I be concerned? I don’t really have any other symptoms, my mouth and skin are kinda dry, but it is winter and it has been pretty dry outside. Any thoughts??

How Much Does Weight Loss Or Gain Affect A Tattoo??

I’m getting my first tattoo in about a week but I’m about 5 to 10 pounds over what my usual weight is at the moment (or the weight id rather be ;P)
I’m getting my tattoo on my lower back about the size of a hand
would like 10 pound weight loss/gain really change the look of a tattoo?

I have recently been prescribed phentermine, at a dosage of 37.5. Has anyone here taken this diet pill, and what was your initial weight loss, over a period of…say like two weeks to a month? just out of curiosity, id like to know what to expect in the first couple weeks to a month.

How Much Exercise Is Recomended For Weight Loss?

I’m talking actual cardio exercise, think gym time, or treadmill time. I have heard that daily exercise is good for weight loss, but I typically burn out pretty quickly when I go daily. I am thinking maybe 3-4 times per week for 60 minutes each is better? What do you think?

How Much Should I Run To See Weight Loss Results?

I started running last week. I ran three miles on two different occasions. We plan to start running 3 miles four times a week. If I am consistent with my running, is that enough to lose weight without changing my diet? Also how long would it take to notice results in toning and weight loss? I am trying to lose about 10 pounds, maybe 15 at the maximum, but I would like to do it quickly. I plan to do a little exercise on the days I don’t run, but nothing extreme.

How Much Weight Loss Causes Sagging Skin?

I’m expecting to lose about 40lbs, but I’m worried about saggy skin. Some people have to have extra skin removed from major weight loss. Can that happen after losing 40lbs?

Let’s say you have a lean person with very little body fat; and let’s say this person is trying to do as many push ups within a time limit. Does a diet with more ice cream, donuts, and junk food effect muscular endurance if the person is still getting adequate protein and carbs, and is still training with intensity and intelligence?

Hi, I have been doing weight training every day for a while now, arms one day chest the next etc, and I was just wondering how much weight training benefits fat loss (if at all). Thanks!

WP Autoblog Software

I’ve been working out consistently for about a year, but my weight loss has been really slow. I’ve only lost about 15-18lbs. I’ve also changed my diet and started eating a lot healthier. I haven’t been intaking much protein and I believe that is a reason why my weight loss has been slow. How much protein should I take to speed up my weight loss? Are there any recipes, shakes or vitamins I should be taking?
