Are there any pills that do not cause any side effects that can be used by hypothyroid people for weight loss? Can anyone suggest name of pills and source of purchase???

I work for a Chiropractic Clinic and we have a new weight loss program we are starting up. We have done fairly well getting clients through email and past patients, but I want to get out of the office and start finding people who honestly do need help losing weight. Does anyone have any ideas of I could get more clients? Any idea is a good idea : )

My insurance through my employer now pays for one weight loss surgery per lifetime. As a result many of my co workers have had the procedure. However many of them are still overweight. I don’t want to have this procedure if its not going to help me lose some of the pounds so that exercise/physical activity is not so much of a chore. Please help.
