When you lose a lot of weight, you can’t keep eating the same amount of food and expect to continue losing weight. The smaller you are the less calories you need. I am just bringing light to this issue…..

OK so i have been told that i should not take pills to loss weight or even that i don’t need to loss weight. I am 17 years old and i play basketball so i exercise and my mom is diabetic so i have to eat right but i am still not happy with the way i look. I would love to just lose some weight just to feel better about myself any suggestions would be great thanks!
For my pd essay on rave culture…approximately how long/how many pills would it take a new user to start rapidly losing weight? Is it due to moving and loss of appetite, or the change in chemicals? And how much weight is usually lost?
