I am starting fresh and doing well…but i would like to know any way i can to jump start or even boost my weight loss and the time i can do it in …any advise please let me know

When I start new programs for body toning and weight loss, they usually provide a diet. These diets always tell you to stop caffeine completely. Why? I went to curves, dropped 2 sizes, but my fat index remained the same. They asked if drank caffeine. Yes!

I am getting married in May and want to know when I need to start my diet. I am 5ft4 and weigh 9 stone. I want to loose about half a stone and don’t know when I need to start dieting. P.S does anyone have any tips on how to loose weight?

I would just like to know what kind of diet would be best.
Thanks for the help.

When Should I Start To See Weight Loss?

Im doing the body for life challenge and Im just curious when weight loss should start to show. Ive been on it for three days now and im just being curious?

When Should I Start Seeing Weight Loss?

I’ve been on a work out routine for 1.5 months and doing 45 min cardio and weight lifting 3 times a week. I have seen loss in size (inches), but not weight. I know you gain muscle, which messes with what you see in fat loss on the scale. So, I am wondering when this balances out. I go to a tiny gym and have to trainer to help tell me how many pounds of muscle I’ve gained. Any estimation would be helpful to motivate me.

I’m 35 and kind of overweight. My friend suggested I should think about colon cleansing.
What are the symptoms of a bad colon? Does colon cleansing help weight loss?

I’m around 240 lbs and 5′11. I starting weight training about 2 months ago and just realized that I was neglecting cardio. I’m definitely seeing some differences from the weight training, but my extra fat is hiding the real changes. I know that it isn’t an instant drop and I know that diet has everything to do with weight loss, but I do a run/walk for about 30 minutes and feel like it is doing nothing. Any help is appreciated.

How Long Until I Start Noticing Weight Loss?

Ok, I eat properly, I walk over 2 kms a day (not sure what that is in miles), I work out on a daily basis (lifting weights as well as push ups and crunches). About how long till I start noticing any weight loss? Thanks for the answers, and if you have any advice it would be appreciated.
