What diet would you recommend benefits distance runners while the most while they weight train and workout. I know bodybuilders have a protein-enriched diet that helps them, but does that apply to distance runners who seek strength through weight training? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m 6′5″ and about 270. I have a large frame. I just got a gym membership a week ago and have been going pretty consistently so far. I need a good routine though. My goals for now are weight loss, core strength and definition. I’ll worry about muscle gain later.

My girl friend gave me a bottle of weight loss pills about 6 and a half weeks ago. 3 weeks ago she told me they where a womans weight loss pill called curvelle. I countiued to take them cause they were working. I recently bought a supply of it for 4 months. What would happen if a guy took Curvelle?

i have naturopathicas’s ‘fat magnet’ and was curious as to whether it would work even if you did not eat anything after consumption of the tablets. Would it result in increased weight loss, or have no effect at all?
