I’ve lost 50 pounds in 3 years and today when I stepped on the scale, my old weight wasn’t even in the little window anymore…that’s almost better than fitting into clothes I never thought I’d wear! What’s your best moment, or what moment are you looking forward to in your weight loss?

I exercised for 1 hour in the gym, and i came home and weighed myself but i still weighed the same.
Is this normal? i know it’s a stupid question. But is it possible to see the weight loss straight after a workout?

What Is Your Personal Motivation For Weight Loss?

For instance, I have a friend who loses weight 5 lbs at a time. She sets a 5 lb weight loss goal, then after she achieves that she sets another 5 lb goal. She finds she stays motivated when the end goal is “within reach.”
What’s your personal mindset for weight loss?

I’d like to maintain the muscle but lose the fat in my journey to weight loss. I’m pretty muscular and would like to stay that way. However, I’m trying to get rid of the extra pounds in order to get the 6 pack. So I’m figuring I need to lose a few more pounds, probably about 20 to 25 more pounds. I’m only 10 pounds overweight according to the men’s height and weight table though. 5′9 and 190 pounds right now.

How does your diet compare to the recommendations you received from the Food Guide Pyramid? How many servings from each food group did you consume?

I hear so much talk, and I’m confused! Do you think more time should be focused on cardio or weight lifting for weight loss?

If I go on a low carb diet, will it lower the amount of good bacteria in my gut?
Also, if I take probiotics, will they be able to be sustained in my gut on a low carb diet or will the probiotics be ineffective in providing benefits if I am on a low carb diet?
Thanks.

Can you please explain which Acai juice brand(s) are most helpful in improving your health, weight loss and where the juice is sold?
Thanks.

After recent increases in the number of teenagers getting gastric bypasses and other types of surgery, it is widely becoming accepted quickly. However, is it right? Do you think if it saves lives, of course! Or, alternatively, do you think that these kids should approach weight loss from a wholistic perspective (dealing with their emotions through psychological counselling, complimented with education about proper nutrition and exercise?)
