What is a good weight loss pill to take with diet and exercise?
I’m 18 years old, 19 soon. And if you recommend the Acai berry and cleansing pill I will report you. Do not spam my question with scams and cons please. I am very serious about this.

Go to a Fat camp(boot camp programs only) , or get HCG(injections, oral doesn’t work even half as well) and go on a VLCD (very low calorie diet). DO NOT go on a VLCD without a nutritionists help.

The old tale about there being no short cuts in life holds very true when you try to start a weight loss program. There is no magic pill which will make the initial 10 pounds vanish.
You need to be determined, plan to stick to your gym regimen for the long term, have a sensible diet plan, become more sporty, and exercise regularly.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
